Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Team Leader to join their team.

Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Job type: Permanent & Contract Positions - On Site

Duties and Responsibilities

• Management of the team
• Responsible for daily reports and actioning targets not met
• Manpower planning
• Station ergonomics
• Scrap management
• Quality supervision
• Knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards
• Assist with WIP/Sorts

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with maths or equivalent
• Supervisor/Management experience (Min 2 Years)
• Managerial/Supervisory/logistics qualification
• Driver’s license preferable
• Valid Forklift license required
• Above average Excel skills

Skills Required

• Ability to effectively monitor & direct a team
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to multi-task
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Target driven
