SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to guide and manage the Nissan New Cars sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new vehicle sales and a natural ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve consistent performance.

POSITION INFO:

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅Lead, mentor, and motivate the new car sales team
✅ Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Oversee customer interactions to ensure exceptional service
✅ Assist with pricing, product knowledge, and sales strategies
✅ Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
✅ Support sales consultants with deal closures and negotiations
✅ Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display quality
✅ Report on sales performance and market trends
✅ Manage own sales pipeline while supporting the team

📌 Requirements:
✔ National Senior Certificate

✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in new car sales
