JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for supervising and developing the capacity of team members, whilst maintaining and supporting quality, safety, health and environmental factors.
Your role will:

Supervise the activities and performance of the Test Facility Operators and Assistants.
Execute and oversee maintenance and/or repair of Test Facility equipment and machinery as per SAP PMO’s.
Monitor facility to ensure reliability and availability for testing.
Implement and manage approved facility enhancements as communicated by R&D Facility Engineer.
Perform basic data interpretation to identify errors or inconsistencies.
Adhere to Environmental Management Programme, Security and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Educational requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant Trade certificate, i.e. Boilermaker / Fitter and Turner

Additional requirements:

Computer literacy – Excel and Word competent
Knowledge and experience in SAP, Isometrix, MS Office and administration software
