Team Leader: Security Operations

This position is limited to female BBBEE applications, due to BEE requirements.

Location: Cape Town

Position Overview:

A well-established and reputable financial services concern is seeking to appoint a proficient Team Leader in the Security Operations department, located in Cape Town.

The main purpose of this position is to provide operational leadership and tactical direction to the security operations function in the Cape Town Cash Centre construction site.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or an equivalent NQF7 qualification
  • Minimum of 6 years’ Operational Security Experience in a National Key Point facility protection environment
  • 4+ Years’ experience in Operational Security Management, including Security Systems, Procedures, Facilities, and Personnel
  • Knowledge of Security Management (Facilities Protection), Facility Operational Security Management (security systems, procedures, and personnel), risk management, and firearm competence
  • A Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade B certificate.
