Tech Lead - £70k to £90k
Location - can be fully remote
Who are they?
They've been around for 8 years, whilst still having a start up culture/environment- they haven't scratched the surface on what's possible. They combine ML, AI, and Cyber Security to help protect some of the biggest names across the globe from Bot attacks.
They have a HQ's which you can visit, or they offer 100% remote working. They trust people to do the right thing and don't watch the clock, so you carry over hours or plan a school pickup, no questions asked..
There is genuine scope to shape the tech and product offering. There is a lot of autonomy here, they are truly committed to listening to their people to help them stay ahead of the curve.
You'll take part in their regular "Lab Weeks" where you'll bring ideas to the table, suggesting new tech etc. You'll be given all the resources and time to test it out and present its benefits, building into the future roadmap.
The Role
Tech Lead - You'll remain hands on whilst leading a new team, shaping the product roadmap, mentoring/coaching, looking after the architecture and cloud infrastructure whilst championing principles practices: CI/CD, TDD, Agile methodologies, DevOps.
There is no technical task as part of this process - an initial chat, and then a more in depth discussion via video call.
We're looking for experience with a mix or all of the following:
- Node, Typescript, React, Docker, Jenkins, AWS (GCP or Azure would work, too!)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience coaching/mentoring others
- Knowledge of Microservice architecture
