The Role:
You''ll work on a variety of different projects, no two days are the same, something new is always round the corner. You''ll build high quality, readable and maintainable code, adhering to solid engineering principles, whilst sharing your knowledge by mentoring and coaching others.
They have incredible growth plans, in time you can help scope out new team members to build you very own dream team.
You will lead the Front-End side of things whilst collaborating across the business to ensure projects come together as planned.
Their stack, environment, and culture has been shaped by Engineers bringing ideas to the table and them being actioned with no red tape to contend with - you''ll be the kind of person to voice your opinion and throw yourself into trying out the latest ways of working/tech and absorb all the training on offer.
You''ll be working with React daily, and due to the variety of projects on the go you''ll get to learn (or add to your knowledge of) AWS and Azure. Committed to staying ahead of the curve, they adopt the most modern practices, methods, and principles. Ideally, you''ll know a thing or two about Agile methodologies, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, and/or cloud tech, but that''s not a dealbreaker - they have training and resources to get you up to speed.
We are looking for a mix of the following;
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer
- Strong React experience
- Knowledge of AWS and/ or Azure
- Experience working with DevOps tools
- Knowledge of TDD
- Appreciation of Agile methodology
