Our client a BPO provider for Contact Centres is urgently seeking to place a Technical Account Manager to assist with System integration in client centric contact centre customization – based in South Africa to work remotely / from home:


Duties:

  • Both a pre-sales and technical to advise sales as to which customization projects are technically possible, difficult, expensive or too risky
  • Present confidently that the company is able to assist with technology / complete the work and able to draft proper network documentation and manage systems, processes and procedures, even on larger scale
  • Senior Customer Management, able to identify and assist with high level technical troubleshooting (log on to system, see if calls are going / things are working as normal - interpret alerts and monitor systems
  • Facilitate and serve as the interface between customer and the technical department and between Tech and Sales - Operations with specific focus being on maintaining the customers technical infrastructure and requirements

Major Projects include:

  • PCI DSS/ SOC-2 and HIPAA Data Centre Compliance Path - working toward getting the Company certification and managing all of the accompanying documentation
  • Maintaining documentation of all customer network designs 
  • Developing and continually improving technical spec documentation for use of Sales Team
  • Coordinating and confirming continued testing and routine maintenance of all systems
  • Helping to research and schedule development of new services and solutions based on customer / market demand

Technical and Minimum Requirements:

  • Gr 12 / Matric and related tertiary Sales and Technical qualifications/accreditation
  • MUST HAVE minimum of 5-10 years Hotel Contact Centre technical support industry experience
  • Basic understanding of how SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) works
  • Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PostgreSQL
