Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a Technical Administrator to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.
POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to technicians and engineers:
- Capture details of outlook accurately.
- Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
- Plan routes to reduce km and cost.
- Prepare and distribute quotes for all repairs done by the technicians/ engineers.
- Update and capture job cards on the company enterprise accurately and timeously.
- Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.
Ensure weekly packs are submitted accordingly: - Weekly/monthly closure on Internal System.
- Ensure calls are accurately closed within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Attend to customers queries
- Capture and analyse the technicians’ kilometer claims.
- Capture the stock data onto database.
Job Requirements: - Relevant qualification
- Computer literacy
- Experience within a client service environment
- Administration experience
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
