Location: Dube TradePort, Durban

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the onboarding and technical training of telematics installers.

• Provides real-time technical support and troubleshooting guidance to field teams.

• Assists with the installation and fitting of telematics or electrical devices.

• Applies electrical knowledge to ensure safe, compliant, and effective installations.

• Maintains detailed records of installations, support calls, and training activities.

• Compiles and submits accurate technical reports to management and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with telematics or electrical device installations.

• Solid understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics, and fault-finding.

• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to document and communicate technical information clearly.

• Proven ability to train, guide, and support technical staff and installers.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
