We're seeking an MSc/PhD-qualified Technical Agronomist to lead field trials, analyse data (R/RStudio), and translate scientific research into practical, on-farm solutions. POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- MSc or PhD in Agriculture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Plant Breeding, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in agronomic research or a technical agricultural role
- Proven experience in designing and conducting agricultural field trials
- Proficient in R/RStudio or equivalent statistical tools
- Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, crop production, and soil science
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working in field conditions and presenting technical findings
