SUMMARY:

Our client that is in the Steel Manufacturing industry is looking for a Technical Area Manager (Cold Product) to join their team in Middelburg.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Eng or BTech in Metallurgy/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
MDP or post graduate management qualification will be an added advantage
Good computer skills (MS Office) and knowledge of all relevant plant systems (PoepleSoft, Supervisory system and Aspen)
Minimum 8 years experience after Engineer and Training programme
Minimum 5 years experience in people leadership and management rolw
Experience in:
- Managing budgets
- Contract management
- ISO standards
- Setting and managing key performance indicators
- IR/HR matters
