Technical Area Manager (Cold Products)

SUMMARY:

Our client that is in the Steel Manufacturing industry is looking for a Technical Area Manager (Cold Product) to join their team in Middelburg.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Eng or BTech in Metallurgy/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
• MDP or post graduate management qualification will be an added advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and knowledge of all relevant plant systems (PoepleSoft, Supervisory system and Aspen)
• Minimum 8 years experience after Engineer and Training programme
• Minimum 5 years experience in people leadership and management rolw
• Experience in:
  • Managing budgets
  • Contract management
  • ISO standards
  • Setting and managing key performance indicators
  • IR/HR matters
