A leading South African software solutions provider with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and London is expanding its Cape Town-based development team. With a strong focus on scalable, efficient solutions in the financial services and FinTech sectors, this company offers a unique opportunity to work on a long-term wealth management platform project for a major financial services client.
You’ll be part of an established team that’s been delivering on this account for over three years, now scaling up to meet growing demand. As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and proposition teams to challenge requirements, document features and user stories, and guide development teams through technical design and integration.

• Strong understanding of integration and data mapping
• Experience with SOAPUI, Postman, and similar tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams

• Technical mindset with hands-on experience in software projects
• Ability to work in a structured, agile environment
• Cape Town-based or willing to relocate
