Technical Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
Technical Business Analyst My Client is Looking for a well experienced Technical Business Analyst to own the business systems, manage development, functionality and maintenance of the system and provide user support

POSITION INFO:

• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in ERP systems
• Must have leading experience in operations
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis  
• Must have 3-5 years’ SQL experience  

Duties Include:

• Be the super-user by understanding all components of the systems.
• Manage systems changes and upgrades
• Lead project teams by collaborating with operational team heads
• Manage data quality by monitoring data issues.
• Define system requirements by engaging with business, understand business needs and develop a draft system specification for approval as required.

 Qualifications

• NQF 7 in Commerce and Information Systems, Computer Science or similar is required.  In the absence of the relevant qualifications, extensive experience will be considered.
