SUMMARY:
Technical Business Analyst My Client is Looking for a well experienced Technical Business Analyst to own the business systems, manage development, functionality and maintenance of the system and provide user support

POSITION INFO:

Must have 3-5 years’ experience in ERP systems
Must have leading experience in operations
Must have 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis
Must have 3-5 years’ SQL experience

Duties Include:

Be the super-user by understanding all components of the systems.
Manage systems changes and upgrades
Lead project teams by collaborating with operational team heads
Manage data quality by monitoring data issues.
Define system requirements by engaging with business, understand business needs and develop a draft system specification for approval as required.

Qualifications

NQF 7 in Commerce and Information Systems, Computer Science or similar is required. In the absence of the relevant qualifications, extensive experience will be considered.
