POSITION INFO:

Plastics Manufacturer situated in Germiston is seeking a candidate to fill the role of a technical buyer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Buyer at Rand Plastics in Germiston. The Technical Buyer will be responsible for purchasing negotiation, purchasing processes, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, and contract negotiation on a daily basis. The Technical Buyer will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that goods are purchased at the lowest possible prices without compromising on quality.

Qualifications

Purchasing Negotiation and Purchasing Processes skills
Supplier Evaluation and Purchase Orders skills
Contract Negotiation skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have experience in the purchase of different raw materials
Manufacturing
