SUMMARY:
A proudly South African tech innovator based in Centurion is seeking a Technical Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This company, known for its cutting-edge cybersecurity and encrypted communication solutions, has a global footprint and a strong mission around data privacy and user control.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between clients and the technical team—responsible for delivering clear, professional presentations, managing client relationships, and providing expert responses to technical queries.

While not a sales position, it requires someone who is confident, personable, and technically adept—ideally with experience in helpdesk, IT support, or similar environments.

Requirements:

At least 2–3 years of technical experience (e.g., helpdesk, tech support).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to speak at least three official South African languages.
Comfortable working full-time in-office in Centurion.
