Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant, you will be crucial in the execution of implementations, by offering support throughout projects, including supporting client design sessions, and developing excellent user stories, whilst ensuring functional integrity of the ServiceNow platform and processes. Â
You will support client engagements and work with your fellow team members throughout the project phases, in line with the commercial agreement for the implementation. Â
You’ll collaborate with colleagues and clients to address issues and challenges and identify solutions. Â
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Bringing knowledge in one or more products of the platform (understanding of ITSM, IRM, TPRM and or HRSD would be beneficial).
- Supporting customer workshops and running project demonstrations, using the ServiceNow platform.
- Developing customer requirements (user stories), which may include scripting and configuration in different areas of the platform.
- Identifying potential wider impacts of the customer solution on other areas of the platform.
- Communicating effectively with both client teams and internal teams and supporting management of key stakeholder relationships.Â
