Our Client, a leading Engineering and Industrial parts and component suppliers, seeks to employ a well experienced, customer focused and competent Technical Internal Sales Representative for their branch in Cape Town

Please note that the suitable candidate must have experience in dealing with engineering parts, components and consumables and be highly customer focused, as well as having good admin skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.

You will have completed Matric, coupled with 2-3 years experience in technical internal sales, specifically in the engineering sector, dealing with parts, machine components and consumables.
You will have proven experience in an ERP system, ideally K8 or similar
You will have proven experience in achieving sales targets, providing customer technical support on equipment components and engineering/industrial supplies, as well as identifying new possible business opportunities to generate revenue.
You will have excellent relationship building skills, be well experienced in generating competitive quotes, generating purchase orders and assist external reps with admin and customer service
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
