- Proficiency in our tech stack: Typescript, NextJS/React, AWS Lambda/Step Functions, Postgres/Dynamo, CDK, Playwright. Don''t worry if you aren''t expert in every technology listed - we want to find a person who will be a great fit for and add to our team.
- Confident explaining ideas, solutions and achievements to technical and non-technical audiences, team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

- Experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer, Tech Lead or Engineering Manager, you are passionate about software development and engineering
- You embrace a growth mindset, always
- You are always looking to develop your technical knowledge and technical leadership skills
What You''ll Be Doing:
- Play a key role developing and deploying our apps and platform
- Act as a squad tech lead, guiding the direction of development and ensuring adherence to the highest coding, design, and quality standards
- Collaborate with the squad’s functional leads, e.g. product and design, and stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap, turning product requirements into scalable solutions that make a difference for our clients and users
- Collaborate in the development of our architecture and play a leading role in technology choices and innovation
