Technical Lead

SUMMARY:
Our client In the Telecoms Sector requires a Technical Lead on a 6 month contract, to oversee the resources to identify, analyze, design and deploy complex IT solutions. Part of the role is to provide technical oversight including system integration, participate in design and build workshops in the Digital space.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the client’s journey to Oracle Cloud (including coordinating and tracking all technical project related tasks)
• Present technical migration design and plans to the client’s technical governance forums.
• Track of the whole client’s systems footprint for ease of reference.
• Must coordinate the system integration of the ERP platform to the entire client’s and 3rd parties(3Ps) ecosystem.
• Must be able to double as a Business Analyst to interface with all 3Ps during integration design, build and testing stages.
• Must be able to help the teams to resolve integration problems and issues.
• Must be able to review all the project related decisions to ensure consistency and alignment with the program vision.
• Must be able to answer all the technical questions that the team or stakeholders may have.
• Must have a full understanding of the impacted integration points and the applications (Drive all integration activities required to meet the business need in, working closely with the SI and third party where required)
• Responsible for developing the client’s integration service catalogue.
• Support business in the various workshop to provide input to the existing integration.
• Perform detailed Integration change impact analysis and Integration design for SOA and ESB.
• Co-ordinate design effort with Boost, SI and client’s SA application teams and SMEs for integrations
• Work with Business to drive third party input to integration design.
• Support in integration   and UAT testing
• Must have extensive experience with Oracle SOA (It is a requirement that the technical lead manages all Oracle integration tasks including developers)
• Work closely with all teams involved in the cloud migration journey such as but not limited to Data stream, testing, technical functional streams such as Finance, HCM, SCM, EAM etc
• Represent the clients in any Boost Central Governance Forums
• Proactively identify Project risk and put appropriate mitigating action in place.
• Provide regular project status update and provide inputs to the relevant forums (eg steering committee) 

 Key Skills Required

• Have experience in Oracle Cloud Transformation projects of similar complexity.
• In dept understanding of ERP and back-office processes
• In depth understanding of Active Directory, DNS
• In depth understanding of connectivity via client’s .NET
• In depth understanding of application landscape and layout
• Stakeholder management
• Influencing and negotiating skills
• Able to work cross functional.
• Communication skills
• Problem solving Team Player.
