SUMMARY:
A large Agriculture group has a Parent Breeder Technical Manager position available. The successful candidate will form part of a close-knit technical unit of technical advisors as well as veterinarian support. Candidates should have minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Tertiary education: Bsc Agriculture or Animal Science
- Valid driver’s license
- Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Knowledge of Eggsactly and Avihance will be advantageous
- Afrikaans and English home language
- Performing site inspections/audits with customer deliveries
- Actively providing technical insight and knowledge to customers
- Obtaining, analysing and reporting on key customer data about past and present flocks
- Assisting the General Manager with customer training events
- Assisting the General Manager with maintaining customer relations
- Assisting the General Manager with new sales and general promotional work
- Assisting the General Manager with sales planning and other customer ad hoc requests
