SUMMARY:
OEM who supplies capital equipment to the mining industry requires an experienced individual who will provide technical support to their clients by managing the warranty process for all capital equipment at the mines

POSITION INFO:

Capital Equipment experience within the mining industry is essential including warranty experience
Provide technical support, customer satisfaction, service excellence, resolve account queries and assists customers to obtain better machine availability
Control service information
Ensure machine inspections are done regularly
Manage and oversee staff (assembly line, artisans and warranty team)
Assist with planning, execution and supervision of component change outs
Signing off Mining Department orders
After hour responsibility for reported breakdowns
Encourage customer sales and upgrades where necessary
Manage mining department assets
Technical trade or qualification
Ability to travel nationally and international travel occasionally
Minimum of 5 years similar experience is required
