Technical Marketing Specialist - Crop Protection

SUMMARY:
An established subsidiary of an international Agricultural Technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Specialist to coordinate and support Crop Solutions Specialists within the assigned area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a BSc. Degree in Agriculture
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role with crop protection knowledge is essential
• Exposure to winter cereals and pome- and stone fruit would be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important
• Good analytical and numerical skills with technical savvy are required
• Must have good leadership skills

• Providing support to Crop Solution Specialists through programs, manuals and training.
• Marketing the crop protection product portfolio as a whole.
• Offering plant protection support to the assigned region.
• Functioning as regional coordinator for the Crop Solution Specialists in the assigned area.
• Provide Specialists with the necessary solutions to enable growers to achieve sustainable farming goals.
