SUMMARY:
An established subsidiary of an international Agricultural Technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Specialist to coordinate and support Crop Solutions Specialists within the assigned area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a BSc. Degree in Agriculture
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role with crop protection knowledge is essential
Exposure to winter cereals and pome- and stone fruit would be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important
Good analytical and numerical skills with technical savvy are required
Must have good leadership skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing support to Crop Solution Specialists through programs, manuals and training.
Marketing the crop protection product portfolio as a whole.
Offering plant protection support to the assigned region.
Functioning as regional coordinator for the Crop Solution Specialists in the assigned area.
Provide Specialists with the necessary solutions to enable growers to achieve sustainable farming goals.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
