• Degree in food sciences essential

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role in FMCG (preferably fresh foods or beverages)
• Proven track record in Auditing essential
• Strong leadership skills a must
• Good understanding of the principles of HACCP and manufacturing principles, Food Safety and Quality procedures, and relevant legal requirements in SA
