POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

Degree in food sciences essential

5 years’ experience in a similar role in FMCG (preferably fresh foods or beverages)
Proven track record in Auditing essential
Strong leadership skills a must
Good understanding of the principles of HACCP and manufacturing principles, Food Safety and Quality procedures, and relevant legal requirements in SA
