JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Sales Rep (JB1908)

Boksburg, Johannesburg

R22 000 – R24 000 CTC per Month, 13th cheque, annual profit share

Duration: Permanent

Overview

Vehicle parts specialist with a footprint throughout Southern Africa requires the expertise of a seasoned technical sales rep to join their small team.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Grade 12

3 or more years’ external sales experience

Technical drawing, suspension or mechanical experience would be an advantage

An understanding of 4x4 vehicles or related industry

Valid driver’s license

MS Office suite, Pastel experience would be an advantage

Willing and able to travel to various regions within Southern Africa

Target driven and independent/ self-managed

Duties and Responsibilities:

New business development

Calling on customers (telephonic, virtual and face to face - Countrywide)

Build strong relations with new and existing clients

Maintain client accounts and ensure that customers are well looked after

Presentations

Invoicing of clients on Pastel as well as other relevant administration

Report writing

Reaching and exceeding targets

Technical training will be provided for the first 6 months

Office hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30
