Our client in the Technical/Engineering Sector requires a Technical Sales Representative with extensive Technical Equipment Sales experience for their East London branch to service Border Kei region.

Tertiary Technical or Marketing and Sales qualification an advantage

Sale of Air Compressors/HP Cleaners / Air Pumps / Air Tools / Power Generators
Cold Calling
Customer visits
Solutions/Sizing
Quoting new units
Transport/Deliver of machinery
Installation of machinery
Handover of machinery
Aftermarket Sales
Parts and service enquiries
Marketing
Industry Associations support
Exhibitions, shows etc.
Golf days - invite, play, entertain
Reporting

Requirements:

Selling Skills - Industrial/Technical Products or Consumables
5 yrs Technical Equipment sales (sizing, solutions) essential
Communicate well in English and Afrikaans
Sound Interpersonal Skills
Technical knowledge/ aptitude for: air compressors, Air Treatment (dryers, filters, chilling), AIR TFM (tools, fluid pumps material handling hoists), Power Generators, High pressure cleaners
Strong presentation skills
Admin and planning skills
Customer relation building
Drivers licence
Ability to meet targets
Good Sales Track record
Computer literate
