JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client, a leader in the electrical sector requires a deadline driven Sales Representative with experience within the electrical wholesale and retail industry.

Opportunity to join their Cape Town team managing clients and visiting prospects in Cape Town and travelling out of the Western Cape servicing their large range of clients electrical requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric plus relevant qualifications
Own vehicle
Working experience as a sales representative within the electrical wholesale and retail industry
Electrical trade qualification preferred/advantageous
Ability to travel out of the Cape Town area during the week
Strong communication Skills and works well within a team
Strategic planning skills
Performance Driven and task orientated.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

DUTIES

Promoting and specifying products into the housing and commercial Developments
Calling on on architects and interior designers
Dealing with electrical consultant engineers and electrical contractors for housing and commercial developments.
Aware of new developments through calling on commercial and housing developer
Completing daily call reports on our CRM platform
Aiding and updating customer details on our CRM platform within POPI regulations.
Provide training to all parties involved on a regular basis
Involved in product shows at wholesalers when needed
Calling on wholesalers within your appointed area.
Assisting in the employer’s quarterly stock takes as required

Salary: R15 – 19000 basic plus travel allowance, Medical Aid, Group Life Cover and Commission, dependent on experience
