Senior Technical Sales Representative in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga A dynamic company in the fluid power industry is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Representative to join their team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Minimum Requirements: Matric with Mathematics and Science Computer literacy Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Relevant tertiary qualification At least five years' sales experience in the fluid power industry Hydraulic and\/or pneumatics training completed through a MerSETA-accredited training provider Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge or experience Knowledge of the SYSPRO ERP system will be advantageous Willingness and ability to work underground Medically fit to perform the required duties Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, motivated, and results-driven. They should have strong negotiation and communication skills, be reliable, ethical, and well-organised. Key Responsibilities: Achieve annual gross-profit and sales targets Visit existing customers in line with weekly activity targets Complete and maintain accurate call reports Manage customer information, feedback and account platforming Respond to customer enquiries promptly Prepare accurate quotations within the required turnaround times Maintain excellent levels of customer service Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers Develop new business and achieve customer-acquisition targets Provide accurate information internally Assist with tenders where applicable Prepare and present sales reports at management sales meetings Comply with reporting requirements If you are technically minded, commercially driven, and passionate about building lasting customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.
