Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary technical team to deliver top-tier service
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, resolving technical and service issues promptly
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve performance
- Drive continuous improvement through training, process optimization, and integration of PLC, SCADA, and HMI technologies
- Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technical or service-driven teams
- Strong mechanical and electrical background, with practical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, compressors, and rotating equipment
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams effectively
- Hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, field service, or workshop environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing technical service operations in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial applications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
