Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Technical Specialist Rules & Regulations to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Law, Engineering, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:- Ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively.
- Experience in compliance and risk management.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and update internal processes to meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and assessments for regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits.
