Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• Higher National Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 5 years’ experience working with crushing, milling, floatation, and gravity separation operations are non-negotiable;
• Metallurgical knowledge related to crushing, milling, floatation, and gravity separation operations;
• Proven plant optimization skills are non-negotiable;
• Metal accounting skills;
• The ability to compile technical reviews and reports and present them;
• Project management and people skills;
• Employee management skills;
• Time management skills and ability to do your own admin;
• Experience in the platinum industry will be advantageous.
