R500K to R800K CTC, Incl Med and Pens

SUMMARY:
To provide technical support and solutions to the business and customers on CNC tooling bits.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Visit customers with Sales Entogineers to assist with Technical needs and gain sales.

Product testing at customers.

Test reports

Stock control for test stock and write offs.

Assist customers with projects re: fixture designs, tooling selection, CNC programming, cost reduction etc.

Liaise with the International suppliers regarding technical topics and tecchnical data.

Willing to travel to Cape Town when needed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Technical Matric or N3 Mechanical Engineering.

ISO CNC programming experience on Fanuc and Siemens control systems.

Basic understanding of Macro programming.

Knowledge of ISO standards with regards to tool holders and carbide inserts.

Good knowledge of cutting tool speeds and feeds for various materials.

Experience in production or jobbing shop environment.

Valid drivers licence and own car.

Package & Remuneration

R500K to R800K CTC depending years of experience.

Includes Med and Pens
