SUMMARY:
Permanent vacancy available for an IT Technical Support Specialist at a private hospital. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in hardware and software maintenance and support.

POSITION INFO:
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for the support of IT related functions within the hospital, but not limited to:

Software and Hardware support and installation
User interface assistance and training
Render after hours support

Education::
Grade 12 or equivalent to NQF Level 4 qualification
Diploma in Information Technology

Experience, knowledge and skills:
Basic and mobile Networking experience
Formalised knowledge of Microsoft products
SAP knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and maintain effectiveness under changing conditions
Customer focused and maintain productive customer relationships
Ability to produce work of high quality standards
Accurately checking processes and tasks
