Technical Trainer (Body & Paint) (EE)

SUMMARY:
Automotive Training Academy, has an opening for a Body & Paint Technical Trainer to join their team. If training is a passion and you have Body Shop experience then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for!   Deliver a range of engaging and informative training programs which will include elements of course development and design.

POSITION INFO:
Position requires a qualified Panel Technician / Spray Painter or a Senior Panel Technician with a background in Panel Technician / Senior or Senior Plant refurbishment role with mechanical and car electrical experience (ideal).  Experience in panel beating / repair of various materials of the modern vehicle ie. polyamide plastic repair, aluminium repair as well as steel and high tensile steel repair (panel beater); previous experience as a Service / Diagnostic or Master Technician advantageous.  Responsibilities include:  delivering engaging, learner-focussed training solutions; ensure all training delivered is aligned to the Group and individual brand cultures and requirements; utilise appropriate technology in the delivery of learning, interventions, such as e-learning and virtual classrooms as well as digital data; develop materials necessary for the delivery of new Model Launch courses for the SA market; perform all aspects of the role to agreed standards set out within yearly objectives between holding company and the Group.  Completion of associated administrative tasks in time agreed.
