Someone with at least 3 years’ experience in Technical Writing for Software. Must have a firm understanding of Software Development Lifecycle or Business Analysis Background. Ideally someone with technical background and skilled in HTML, CSS, Agile Scrum Methodology, and API documentation.

Responsibilities:

Plan, write, edit, manage, and update product documentation, which includes user guides, knowledgebase articles, whitepapers, code samples, and sample projects.
Use Source materials (including the products, Subject Matter Experts, product development and design specifications, and existing documentation) to plan, research, and develop product documentation.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and members of the Product team to determine the appropriate structure, content, and output format of product documentation. Translate technical information into an accessible form for technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop the appropriate type of content (such as reference content, instructional content, examples, images, or animations) to assist consumers of the product documentation to use the products.
Contribute innovative ideas and perform research and development to improve the development, content, and delivery of product documentation.
Review published product documentation and recommend, and implement, changes in scope, format, and content. Adhere to stipulated deadlines and commitments agreed with the management team. Follow the prescribed standards, patterns, practices, and templates for creating product documentation.
