Drive alignment across subsidiaries, ensuring consistent interface design and adherence to enterprise standards. Lead portfolio strategy, balancing technical debt, upgrades, and innovation. Build and sustain a high-performance team with modernised skill sets. Ensure resilience, compliance, and risk management across integration assets. Oversee disaster recovery, ITSM practices, and total cost of ownership optimisation. Champion continuous improvement, transformation initiatives, and culture-building efforts. 🎯 Qualifications & Experience Advanced Diploma\/Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering. Preferred certifications: TOGAF, SAFe, Project Management (PMI\/Prince II). 11+ years of experience, including 6--7 years in management.
