Our busy Glenwood based HR Consultancy has a specific project requiring a half day telemarketer to update our database telephonically.

• Reach out to customers and potential customers telephonically to update our information and promote our services.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while communicating.
• Document calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve strategies.

• Previous experience in dealing extensively with clients and potential clients telephonically.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to various situations.
• Excel and MS Word experience
