Telemarketing / Telesales Agent - Wynberg (Fixed Term Contract)

My client a leading and well-known retail company based in Wynberg, Cape Town are looking for experienced Telesmarketing/Telesales Agents with experience in the sales and customer service industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to put your Telemarketing / Telesales experience to use, whilst building a customer base and retaining and developing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To make calls and increase sales on core products by effectively selling products to clients within your portfolio with a view to buidling strong and rewarding relationships.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 1 year sales or telemarketing/telesales experience OR Minimum of 5 years retail experience
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Engergetic and a "go-getter"
