JOB SUMMARY:
Our client specializing in the outsourced sales and distribution sector, is looking for Telesales Contact Centre Consultants.
The position is based in Umhlanga, Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To support the goals and objectives of the campaign by ensuring that individual sales targets are achieved/exceeded, whilst also contributing towards overall team performance in a consistent, professional and ethical manner.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls - sales of services and products
- Administration - processing of sales agreements
- Internal/External customer communication
- Overflow support
- Ensure monthly targets are met

Requirements:
- Cold calling experience
- Min 12 months comprehensive insurance telesales experience
- Personal lines short term insurance required
- Matric
- Must have full FAIS (120 credits) and RE qualification
- Own transport
- MS Office, Email, Internet
