POSITION INFO:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients Promote and sell financial products and short-term insurance Identify customer needs and present suitable product options Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships Guide clients through the full sales and sign-up process Accurately capture and update customer information on the system Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirements Deliver excellent customer service while effectively closing sales Matric essential 1+ year experience in any sales\/ call centre Must reside in Durban Strong communication and persuasion skills Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Please note: This role is for experienced outbound call centre sales consultants only . Applicants must have a proven track record in outbound telesales within a call centre environment. Retail, face-to-face, or customer service experience alone will not be considered.
