Telesales Consultant About the Opportunity Our client is seeking enthusiastic, driven, and professional Telesales Consultants to join their growing sales team based in Monte Vista\/Montague Gardens, Cape Town. Introduce the company's products and services professionally. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Handle customer questions and objections professionally. Follow up on leads and sales opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system. Represent the company professionally during every customer interaction. Minimum Requirements Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong telephone etiquette and listening skills. Professional, friendly, and confident communication style. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 No weekends or public holidays.
