Board performance management

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent (a legal or CIS qualification will be an advantage)
Exceptional secretarial and administrative skills
Good knowledge of corporate governance and compliance and relevant legislation, including public sector legislation
Minimum of 5 years'' experience in a Board/Company Secretary role in a state entity
