JOB SUMMARY:
A leader within the Mining industry seeks to employ a Temp Financial Administrator (Debtors and Creditors) to join their successful team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification

Matric / Finance qualification

Requirements

Syspro knowledge
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Previous debtors and creditors experience
MUST be available immediately

Duties

Liaise with suppliers on payment related issues
Payroll
Reconcile creditor ledgers to statements
Monthly supplier payments
Invoice capturing
Manage the petty cash
Petty cash reconciliation
Prepare the petty cash reimbursement cheque
Allocation of debtor receipts
Debtors age analysis and reconciliation
Report on debtor retentions
Customer credit reference checks
Apply for manage bonds/bank guarantees for debtor’s accounts
Assist with BEE/Financial audits
