SUMMARY:
Need a Temp for 6 weeks Plus
Legal Secretary / Conveyancing secretary.
Salary: R10 000.00 to R15 000.0

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
-Professional and presentable
-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency
-Solid recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm
-Fully independently functional (from receipt to finalization) essential
-Experience in Transfers preferred
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey
-Able to attend to normal office duties
-Start date to be confirmed
Duration: 6 weeks temporary position
 
Duties:
-Independently handling and drafting of transfer documents, from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties and legal secretary
-Able to transcribe dictation
-Attend to making appointments for me etc
