Requirements

A minimum of Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Conduct stock takes of electronic assets and inventory.
Management of access control to the office building and parking.
Manage and track company assets, ensuring proper allocation, record-keeping, and secure storage.
Ordering and management of office supplies.
Supply assistance to the team as required.
Prepare packaging and dispatching for couriers.
Manage work for the external cleaning service provider.
Ensure and maintain the general tidiness of the office.
Ensure the office is opened in the morning and locked up in the afternoon.
