SUMMARY:
Tender Administrator / Estimating Assistant / Administrator

POSITION INFO:
This role works with a Senior Estimator

We are looking for someone who is skilled with the following:

Checking Leads to Business & CIDB website for any tender leads
Sending possible tender leads to Estimator & Directors
Setting up BOQ for Estimator on (Construction Computer Software )CCS
Splitting main BOQ into various disciplines to be sent out to sub-contractors for pricing
Ensuring accurate tender submissions
Informing sub-contractors of contractual conditions
Following up with suppliers and sub-contractors to maximise submissions
Imputing sub-contractor rates into CCS adjudicator for Estimator
Noting deviations, qualifications and errors on quotations
Filing & Archiving tender information
Compiling and maintaining accurate database of sub-contractors and suppliers
Updating staff CVs
General administrative duties as required by Estimating Department

Must have gained 8 to 10 years experience with largBuilding projects
