POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Tender Administrator to support our Clients Tender Department with the preparation, coordination, and submission of large electrical tender projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with compiling, formatting, and submitting tender documentation
• Track tender deadlines, clarifications, addendums, and submissions
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance information
• Ensure all documentation meets client requirements and tender specifications
• Maintain an organised tender database and document control system
• Support the tender team with administrative duties, filing, proofreading, and quality checks

• Proven experience in tender administration (electrical or construction industry advantageous)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

• Understanding of electrical contracting or engineering terminology
• Experience managing large, complex tender submissions
• Familiarity with compliance documents
