Coordinate & Submit: Liaise with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Legal teams to gather pricing and technical inputs, manage clarification questions, and execute seamless digital or physical submissions ahead of cutoffs. Analyze Outcomes: Log tender results post-submission and capture feedback on unsuccessful bids for continuous process improvement. What You Bring 2-4 years of hands-on experience in tender sourcing, bid coordination, or sales operations. Technical Familiarity: Proven navigation of public e-procurement portals, vendor databases (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, CSD\/government portals), and CRM systems.
