SUMMARY:
Our Engineering client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to increase their sales revenues and maintain customer relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Key requirements

BSC/BA in Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing
5-8 years proven experience as a Territory Manager
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop Sales strategies and use performance KPI's
CRM software and advance Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key functions

Develop effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
Present products and services to prospective customers
Conduct training in sales technique and company attributes
Monitor competition within assigned region
Travelling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company Sales representatives
Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner
Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs
Attend trade shows to promote company products and services
Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations
Monitoring competitor's sales activity within the assigned territory
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
Giving sales representations to a range of prospective clients
Direct the territory sales team, teaching them important elements of the company products and services in order to give them the tools needed to be successful team members
Preparing budgets at the beginning of each fiscal year to ensure the corporate money is spent in the best ways possible
