POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a est Analyst to join a team within the Fintech industry on a contract bases and contribute to delivering seamless digital solutions that enhance customer experiences. As a Test Analyst, you will ensure the quality and reliability of the software systems, playing a pivotal role in modernisation efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Java-based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or TestNG.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to meet quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the testing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst with Java-based applications.
• Strong experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG).
• Familiarity with testing tools, SQL, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Banking domain experience and ISTQB certification are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
