JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Gauteng is currently looking to appoint a Test Automation Analyst on a contractual basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Requirements

5 years overall BA experience of which 4+ must be on custom developed solutions
3-5 years in software development
Experience in testing (manual or automated testing
Web and digital project experience advantageous
Agile working experience advantageous
Qualification in IT Business Analysis (Diploma / Degree)
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst/Technical Test Analyst Certification

Technical/Functional Skills needed

Comfortable to work and test Java, Spring, Angular based
Strong work experience with Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine (BDD), Karma, Postman, Rest-assured, Cucumber, SOAP UI, Swagger, Rest and SOAP web services
Worked with tools such as X-Ray, JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket
Familiar with other testing frameworks along with mocking frameworks will be advantageous.
Good understanding of AWS stack or cloud-based
Create technical integration & automated tests suite using automation
Test Execution, Defect capture using X Ray and JIRA
Maintenance of automation
Daily execution and reporting on automated regression
Familiar with agile and testing methodologies
Continuous Integration / Deployment using Jenkins Pipeline
Ability to review and pick up new automation tools
